The double room at this venue is beautifully decorated with a balcony and a coffee/tea maker, making for a lovely stay, perhaps enhanced by the nearby film festival.

I stayed 1 night and would like to go back there again when visiting Czech Republic. The restaurant was good which got very nice view here, I had wonderful dishes. An electric kettle and fridges were a huge plus. The staff was very attentive, the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The location was good, right next to a valley and a river.

the location right in the centre of the pedestrian zone was incredible. and we were just next door to the center of all the springs, and the restaurant actually serves.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, it was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the view of the old town was magnificent.

Very nice hotel. Facilities are old style but renewed. Very good staff. It is situated in the middle of the Hot Spot of Karlovy Vary. Price is a little bit high, if compared to similar hotels in Prague, for example.I Reccomend.

The room I had was air conditioned with a view and the staff was helpful. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator too.

Location was good, we had a room overlooking the Colonnade with a fantastic view, and one of the major spas is literally right across the road. For the location we thought this hotel was reasonable value for a a pretty expensive town.

As others have suggested, it's not really a four-star hotel. Furnishings and fitout are a bit tired and could definitely use updating, but as long as you're expecting that it's a good place to stay.

Breakfast ambience! And settings..oldie worldie charm, befits settings.

Dont expect any 'courtesies'.. Anything you want you have to pay!! Not even a late check out! Or room with a view despite one night on a quiet mid week.

The breakfast was generous and rich, and the view was very pretty, plus it's conveniently located about a 10-15 minute walk from Market Colonnade.

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was always refilled and the hotel atmosphere and room facilities were very good.

I did not comprehend that fact that early check in was for additional money when the room was empty and ready. 8:00 am - 10:00 am for 30 Euro and 10:00 am - 11 am for 20 Euro and 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm for 10 Euro. I never had this experience before anywhere and I travel more than 6 times a year

This place is great for a short stay, with a spacious room that's newly decorated and equipped with a separate bathroom, shower, and towels, a comfortable bed, and excellent service.
